Certify new Amazon Robotics FAST/UP Master Trainers, Trainers, Technical Advisors and AFM Technicians
Train all amnesty related functions including pod transfers, fiducial replacement, QB/ARC roles and gatekeeping
Act as a SME for all amnesty related issues supporting AR Fulfillment (First Mile), AR Sort Center (Middle Mile), AMZL Delivery (Last Mile), ARXD (Cross Dock), AR SSD (Same Day Service) and AR Prime Air
Conduct Annual Maintenance of Certification (MoC) Audit technical training and processes to ensure certified technicians are meeting business expectations while ensuring 100% AR standard work and best practices compliancy within the AR World-Wide Global Network
Maintains technical training curriculum for Amazon Robotics and other technical operations
Maintains site documentation related to technical positions supporting AR Floor Health Operations
