My main responsibilities included assisting new customers in finding a new and exciting look they would not have realized themselves! Helping them with reworking their whole wardrobe is the most exciting part of the position for me. I was also responsible for being able to maintain a clean store environment, greeting customers upon entering the store. I was also responsible for processing customer payments and assisting with anything they may have needed.

I started AV Care Center as an Activity Staff Coordinator. As part of the activity staff I was responsible for entertaining the residents. I organized movie and game night. Outdoor activities such as walks around the neighborhood or planting in the centers garden. Another aspect of the activity staff was to ensure the safety of the residents by making sure the floors in their rooms were clear of clutter and there was nothing they could slip or trip on. Also, it was my job to ensure that no residents were found wandering the premises. As a Housekeeper I was responsible for waxing the floors, cleaning residents’ rooms, cleaning bathrooms, windows, and linens.

As a Dishwasher/ Prep Cook I was responsible for prepping items for the entire restaurant. Such as but not limited to slicing peperoni, slicing and grating cheese, making the dough for the pizza etc. I also took customers’ orders and made their pizzas. I was responsible for cleaning the kitchen. As a Host I was responsible for greeting customers, seating them at their table, taking their orders, as well as processing their payments. I was also responsible for keeping the restaurant and bathrooms clean and maintaining a food safe environment.
