DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

●Having knowledge in Compressor startup activities like trouble shooting.

●Having knowledge in CDU(Crude Distillation Unit) and SGU(Saturation Gas Unit).

● Study and interprets the engineering documents to subordinates such as P&ID, Loop wiring diagrams, Hook up drawings, layout diagram, Instrument specification sheets,as known in SPI.

● Installation & Maintenance of Transmitters (Pressure/ Flow/ Level/ Temp/ Differential

Pressure),

● Working as per Site in charge instructions as a final decision

● Having knowledge in AVEVA installation and programming as per site conditions and

exciting the plant.

● Having enough experience in vendor packages like Compressor, Boilers, Heater, Metering

Skid, and Analyzers.

● Calibration and Loop Checking, Commissioning of Transmitters of different makes

(Rosemount, SIEMENS,Honeywell, Endress & Hauser, Yokogawa, Magentrol etc.) for the

measurement of Pressure, Differential Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level.

● Having enough experience in Automation field like instrumentation, Telecom, Building

Automation System (BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System(EPMS) for industrial

facilities.

● Having enough experience on preparing of Floor plans, Control room layout, Wiring diagrams,

Instrument location plans, Panel GA's.

● Having knowledge of experience in checking and BOM list like Compressors, Boilers, Turbines and other spares of instruments.

●Making of QA/QC document's as per company document's preferred using SAP.

●Knowledge in maintenance of Control Valves, Solenoid valves, Valve positioners.

●Installation of Positive Displacement meters, Transducers, Switches and Tank level gauges.

●Installation and calibration of control valves (Fisher /SIEMENS /Flow serve/Hytork/Masolein/Rotork).

●Corrective, Preventive, Breakdown & Shutdown Maintenance for field Instruments.

●Installation of f&g instruments (Heat detector, smoke detector, gas detector, UVIR sensor, etc.) and MICC cable (laying, glanding, termination)

●Calibration and Loop checking of Gas detectors like (HC,H2,H2S,TOXIC)

●Having good knowledge in preparation of tray work, Cable Pulling, Glanding, JB Termination, Grounding etc.
