LCB/LCE paperwork completed weekly for state requirements regarding small games of chance, required to be RAMP certified and RAMP Manager certification.

Client specialist- Assisted clients with online banking, ordering new checks and debit cards, also assisted with issues on accounts including fraud charges. Loan Specialist, worked in the call center for the bank, opening new accounts over the phone and processing online applications for new accounts, also assisted customers with loan applications on the phone or online. I processed the requests and transferred money into checking account per the customer’s request after the loan process was completed.
