Provided Tier 2 support for 55 various vendor purchased applications within the DMED business; comprised of multiple media presentation tools, cloud-based media delivery systems, advertiser billing, cable network traffic systems, and Disney+ for the US and Europe.
4Tasked with creating Tableau, MS Power BI, Salesforce and New Relic dashboards for data analysis across many divisions within DMED (Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution).
4Consolidated Runbook information on 12+ apps into a Microsoft Teams site. Sharing how-to guides, supporting documentation, and work notes from various SharePoint sites, Confluence pages, and shared Network drives.
4Instrumental in migration, testing, and maintaining apps in AWS, renewing SSL licenses, and designing New Relic dashboards, alerts, and monitors in Synthetics.
4Stepped up to manage Disney + application after acquiring the Fox team in Europe, making upgrades and recommendations to improve application reliability and performance. Enabled 24/7 support of Disney + during normal business hours, maximizing teams’ capacity to troubleshoot and resolve any user requests or problems.
