Performs final review of project and assesses permit fees prior to permit issuance and issues building permits. Reviews all consultant invoicing and prepares final billing and refunds for completed projects. Responsible for managing the consultant reviewers to insure timely completion of comments and insures that consultant is reviewing projects per the City of Chicago Building Code.
