I provide care according to an individual Plan of Care approved by the Neonatologist. All aspects of the neonate’s care beginning at birth through dismissal according to the protocols of the unit and the Plan of Care, including therapies, treatments and training that apply to the mother and family. I am trained and implemented change in the role of the transport RN. I train other RN’s in transporting a neonate according to safety standards, protocols, and advocating for the best interest for the infant.
