Summary

I am a twenty two year property management professional. I began my career as a part-time leasing agent and eventually became president of the company. During this time I learned the property management business from the bottom up, earning the confidence of the ownership and the employees I would later lead.

During my time at the company, I reorganized the entire organization implementing new policies, technology, marketing and work flows that created cost saving efficiencies. Some of the savings came from purchasing and implementing new property management software, communication systems, document reviews etc.

During my leadership of the company our management of properties grew to over 2500 units. My final assignment with the company was to negotiate and facilitate the final disposition of the remaining assets, 806 units over six properties. This transaction was successfully completed in January of 2020. I’m looking for an organization where I can use my skill of systems analysis to find cost saving efficiencies and grow the organization.
