●For the past 13 years, I have done ground-up construction, at a Semiconductor and a Bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. I have been titled as an Electrical Superintendent but have been known to be an MEP General Superintendent, supporting the presentation planning, scheduling, and site walk for the Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, Piping, and HVAC trades for City inspections.

●I have experience overseeing up to 5 projects at a given time with budgets ranging from 1.5 million - 100 million Dollars while overseeing a crew of up to 115 reporting directly to me.

●I also read drawings, and have experience in plumbing, HVAC, tool installation, and floor tile work trades; Along with extensive experience with Critical path recovery.

●Manage construction crew for new builds, and site modifications.

●Install battery backup systems, radio cabinets, microcells, and alarm wiring for upgraded electrical systems.

●Ordered materials, handled bid walks estimating for electrical work, and modified upgrades to electrical systems.
