• Negotiated and secured a contract to assist IL. Tollway Authority/AECOM on a $4.5 Billion reconstruction of Illinois Tollway 294. performing estimates of cost and time along with numerous takeoffs. Projects were to be scheduled over four years regarding 16 miles of major thoroughfare in Illinois, including 26 bridges and 180 lane miles. This work was coordinated between 17 engineering firms.

• Secured Contracts as an Independent Cost Estimator on MN DOT projects up to $450,000,000.00

• Develop, implement, and train colleagues on project management and bidding software, driving organizational buy-in for the streamlined system.

• Founded and launched a heavy civil construction consulting firm, providing cost estimates for both Contractors and Government Agencies. Bids range from conception to post-bid while assisting firms to secure contracts and assisting Agencies in securing the funding needed to let a project. Review scopes of work and construction plans as they relate to budgetary decisions while reviewing constructability issues analyzing risk. Assist DOT with the Design/ Build Projects oversight.

• Offers heavy civil construction estimating services with project consulting reviews. Working with owners, contractors and engineering firms in both public and private sectors, including city, county and state engineers from a conceptual start through post bid phases to enable closer budgets for bid lettings on government projects.
