Start/End Dates: June 2022 to Dec 2022

Scope/Description Activities:

• Working with the Maintenance Department includes field visits for various tasks that serve industrial equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance to prevent issues and extend the lifespan of air compressors and air dryers. This includes tasks like cleaning, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting components for wear and tear.

• Perform troubleshooting to identify and diagnose common issues with air compressors, such as leaks, pressure drops, or unusual noises.

• Identify the mechanical Devices in each Station and Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Assist in installing Industrial equipment spare parts. Specific Skill Areas

• Ensure the engineering work is performed in accordance with the technical specification & codes requirements.

• Basics knowledge in the design, selection, specifications, detail engineering design, material requisitions and piping system.

• Have been participating in Preparation of Material Take-Off List.

• Familiar with the basic Piping Industry Standards such as ANSI, B31.3, B31.4 and B31.8 Also, familiar with Flange standard ASME B16.5

• Familiar with Hydrostatic Testing Design.

• Familiar with Material Specification.

• Familiar with CAD Software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS.
