Awards/Honors:

Excellence Award

December 2007

Mickey deserves this award because he always makes himself available to the Lexington Team. The Lexington Market is responsible for bringing up multiple sites on air in a short amount of time and Mickey has taken the initiative to help as needed. He volunteers to put on air packages together, verify stats, and even drive test sites in our market. Mickey has a can-do attitude and is eager to work and win as a team. He is modest and humble. He is reliable and a great asset to the team Kentuckiana. 12-13-2007. Awarded by Sprint.

Run Toward The Bull! Award

August 2013

In recognition of identifying a problem, tackling it head on and not shying away from a challenge. Immediately after hiring he improved the KPI numbers for the Connecticut market after analyzing the root cause. And after being vocal and taking part in conversations/staff calls, made him the lead for the Northeast team and again the Northeast team started to see improvements. If there is a question Mickey doesn't know the answer to, he will go out of his way to find the answers. It was easy for him to be given the team lead but he works great in a team environment and gets along with everyone and supports others so they succeed as a team, not as an individual. Another great trait is that he always volunteers himself at every chance, when others don't speak he will definitely speak up and recently he volunteered to help on the Super Bowl project. Awarded by Ericsson.

Game Changer Award Certificate

April 2014

A well deserved thanks to Mickey for his involvement in making this collaborative effort a success. Sprint and Ericsson collaborated to plan, develop and execute the planning and design for Super Bowl XLVIIII at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Mickey developed the reports needed to monitor the macro and in-building sites around the venue and ensure their on-air and engaged technicians to ensure the sites remained active and while keeping KPIs below SLA numbers.
