Professional Experience

Altice USA (Lightpath), Bethpage NY

Network Management Center and Finance Intern: 40 hours/week, May 2023 – August 2023

• Provided NMC Managers with essential, detailed information that I created and abstracted from multiple data analytics tracking tools including Tableau and MicroStrategy. Dissected the data to provide Managers with updated reports on previous months productivity and trends, analysis regarding types of tickets created in the queue, and resolution metrics to solve previous months issues allowing for concise/streamlined briefings with Managers.

• Assisted Lightpath to understand customer and supplier's needs and requirements by creating spreadsheets reflecting the open ticket queue by collecting and analyzing data based on the most common problems our customers have and presented my findings to senior leadership.

• Collaborated with Lightpath to monitor a resolution process and provide feedback and reports in response to my findings regarding the most common issues our customers were facing, as a result I was added to a cross-functional integrated product team to increase productivity within customer care. This was a time sensitive event given the number of tickets that are opened daily.

• Supported Lightpath in cost effectiveness briefings by taking part in the “Go Green” initiative which is the transition to paperless billing by reaching out to customers over the phone and via email in hopes they would switch their invoices solely to email. I assembled and maintained detailed and complete record of documentation for customers who wished to receive invoices electronically.
