Operations Manager & Estimator: Supervise construction projects and provide estimates and take-offs of materials from architectural plans. Also conduct marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and sales leads.

Tomco Tile & Handyman Services, LLC – Hatboro, PA and Marlboro, NY January 2021 to Present

Owner/Operator: Tile and Handyman Service business, which includes performing high-end tile and stone installations for Kitchens and Bathrooms. Also perform installation of appliances, basic electrical & plumbing work, and plaster & painting. Carpentry work includes building cabinetry, framing & finish work in trim packages (crown molding, baseboards, casements), and door & window installs.

Project Superintendent: Working Supervisor/Manager/Installer: This was a traveling position that would retrofit commercial retail spaces such as Blockbuster Video using Job Work Orders. Job was to go in the area of the Client, hire Sub-Contractors and adhere to the allocated education budget to perform the requirements of the retrofit of the spaces after normal business hours so the store could conduct operations during the day. Removed & replaced carpeting, built new aisles with electrical outlets & columns to accommodate TV & sound equipment, and installed metal shelving displays for videos. Wrote up invoices, change orders, and communicated daily with Senior Project Managers on the status of Projects. Turn-arounds were generally done under budget & time, then would receive 25% of savings as a bonus.
