• Handles and distributes incoming mail, including processing, prioritizing, and screening the Administrator’s mail.

• Ensuring that the filing system is intact and that materials requested to be filed are filed routinely and accurately, and able to be retrieved when needed. This includes the Contract Files as well.

• Facilitates the purchase of necessary supplies and equipment in the office.
