I am a hardworking individual who is willing to learn, I have the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. I am very punctual, dependable, great at multi-tasking and eager to learn new skills. I have also gained valuable experience as a supervisor working for Qikiqtani Industry Ltd for the past 6 years. I used a professional but approachable demeanor with my employees. I encouraged them to ask questions if they were unclear on anything and made it a priority to resolve issues as soon as possible. I developed a personal but professional relationship with each of my employees. As many of them were new to the work force, they looked to me as a mentor.

My participation in these teams has helped in the development of various personal skills such as communication, working with others and cooperation. Being part of a team also requires one to exhibit great discipline and motivation. I enjoy team activities because it allows me the opportunity to meet others and enhance certain life skills.
