· As owner I spoke directly with vendors to purchase individual parts needed for the machines in production and repair. I also traveled to different states and countries to purchase new or used machinery. Negotiated pricing for equipment as well as the material using to convert. Managed all inventory from tools, machine parts, all items needed for packaging product and made sure material (parent rolls) were always in stock to convert for finished product. I would also speak with different electrical engineers and service companies for any upgrades and repairs needed for the machinery. As well as negotiated pricing with all vendors including payments.
