JOB DESCRIPTION

Cook

The Cook is required to operate 7 fryers at 350 degrees for 8-9 hours and stand for the duration of the

shift. Other responsibilities include cooking on a stove, washing dishes, taking out trash, sweeping and

mopping floors, scrubbing walls & equipment, and unloading delivery trucks. You must be able to lift up

to 50lbs and are expected to lift 10lbs on a repetitive basis during the shift.
