Your entry on duty date and time is December 6,2O2L and 07:30 AM. Your tour of duty will be fulltime. Your work schedule will be 48hrs/week with 45 minutes unpaid lunch break. Employee payroll is administered by the Financial Service Center in Bangkok, Thailand. Please be advised that it may take at least four to six weeks before your first salary payment is receitred. Therefore, you should budget accordinBly for the interim period. All salaries are paid two weeks in arrears via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to your designated financial institution. Please complete the attached forms to set up your EFT. Once your information is entered into ihe payroll system, you will be paid on bi-weekly on Wednesday (2"d week ofthe pay period). You will accrue annual and sick leave each pay period under the terms and conditions of the Local Compensation Plan. Locally Employed Staffare expected to observe and fulfill alltax obligations imposed by the'host country government. You will be required to serve 60 workdays probationary period, Continued employment with the U.S. Embassy, Addis Ababa will be contingent upon successful and documented completion of the probationary period.
