The Sharing Center- Rapid Rehousing Case Manager Longwood, FL 2022-2022

· Research and identify suitable affordable housing options for individuals experiencing homelessness, and

recruit landlords to provide housing opportunities for RRH participants.

· Educate landlords about RRH and its benefits, and address potential barriers to landlord participation

such as concern about tenant qualifications and the short-term nature of rental assistance.

· Have a thorough understanding of how rental markets work and the business of being a landlord,

including local HQS, FMR, and rent reasonableness standards.

· Provide direct case management and/or coordinate with case management in the community to provide

continuity of service for participants.
