Oversee field teams to ensure efficient installation, energization, removal, repair, and replacement of gas mains and services, in line with operating procedures, environmental laws, and PSC guidelines. Guarantee prompt system repairs, optimizing productivity and refining work procedures.

Communicate consistently about work rule adherence, equipment safety, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Expertly handle the installation of P.E & Steel gas facilities ranging from 1/2" to 36" dimensions.

Offer emergency support for substations, regulator stations, and power plants, including service upgrades for both residential and commercial properties.

Draft IP8 procedures for energizing and abandoning gas facilities. Operate machinery for tapping, specifically C1-36 machines (4" to 12") and TD Williams (16" and above).

Ensure accurate drawings and documentation for newly installed gas facilities.

Construct regulator setups, encompassing twin set regulators and B38. Train personnel in field operations and oversee on-the-job training. Schedule workers for intensive training sessions and hands-on experiences. Deliver detailed job briefings, emphasizing the importance of safety and work quality.

Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality output.

Ensure punctual submission of work documents to Gas Engineering. Foster a positive team environment, promptly addressing employee concerns.

Cultivate strong inter-departmental relationships, ensuring consistent work inflow.
