Skills that I have are that I always put showing up to work on time as one of my highest priorities, Always doing my workmanship and producing a higher quality of work that is done efficiently and safely. And I am always willing to increase my education to what the job needs and I definitely don’t see becoming an Journeyman the end of my route in electrical route. I want to become much more than that. I also have my electrical Trainee certification and my OSHA 10 as well and a CPR certificate. And I have experience working with motor contractors, Residential applications, Commercial applications, Solar, conduit bending, and low voltage as well.

Experience

I would be a first year apprentice but I have 10 months of schooling which has taught me alot and I also have done electrical work with some of my family members and that is what made me want to become an electrician because I liked the work we were doing and that it is a job that goes into doing a lot more than what most people believe we do and I would really like to provide safe electrical work so everyone is safe and not at risk from being electrocuted.

The job I have been working at is a Rehabilitation center in Riverside,CA and it is named Riverside Post Acute care and we help residents get back on their feet and give them therapy so they could return to their everyday life eventually. I have worked here since September of 2021.

Education

UEI College, Riverside,CA

I went to UEI College for 10 months to achieve my electrical trainee certification and it was an amazing experience I learned the in’s and out’s of electrical and firstly of how to be safe doing electrical and learn about the electrical theory, then we did learned how to read and conduct things that are labeled in the NEC and get a better understanding of how it works. I then went into learning things about residential application,commercial operations, PLC’s, Motors and industrial motor controls,solar,fire and alarm system,low voltage operations, and conduit bending as well. And I can bring my transcript with me to a job interview if needed.
