Master of Arts: Organizational Leadership And Learning George Washington University, The - Washington, DC 4.0 GPA
I have a life-long desire to understand and connect with the people I encounter. I focused on Anthropology, Biology and Psychology courses to nurture my innate passion of understanding the dynamics of human behavior. I started my Masters in Organizational Leadership and Learning after that passion morphed into a focus for interpreting the dynamics of teams and need for cultures of voice in education. It gave me the lens to scrutinize and interpret both the world around me and many of the challenges I have confronted in my career, particularly how to inspire my colleagues and how to maximize creativity and critical thinking in a culture of trust and acceptance. I pursued my Certificate in Health and Well Being Coaching and my Social/Emotional Learning Training to further develop my understanding and learn how to honor each person holistically and how to motivate them to make lasting changes both personally and professionally.
