Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically
Check products for defects and accuracy
Ensure posting of outbound deliveries using pre-designated software
Organize packaging procedures to ensure safety of shipment
Ensure that serial and batch numbers match the product, filling customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Load, pack and ship finished goods
Process customers’ orders by ensuring that the right shipment is on its way
Report and replace any defective item prior to packing
Load packages onto rucks
Use computer hardware and software to generate labels and maintain equipment
Use manual and electric pallet jacket as needed
Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier
Assist in other areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned
Handle space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage areas
