As a Project Management professional working for over a decade in the construction industry, I am looking for a new challenge and career path. Some of my key successes in recent years include:
- Executed and delivered over $428 million dollars of projects ranging from the largest, a 38 story Hilton Hotel in Waikiki, to small renovations to the Hawaiian Islands Kaiser facilities. No matter the size of the project, the same attention to detail was implemented.
- Cultivated industry relationships to foster synergy and accountability. When I am not managing construction projects, I enjoy traveling and spending time in nature. I have planned over 6 major and countless smaller trips for myself, friends, and family that granted me a broad perspective of the world and how we choose to interact with it.
My main focus on planning experiences is the desired type of activity, physical ability, budget, and timeframe. Through focusing on these aspects I have been able to curate impactful experiences that have woken the travel bug in those I’ve worked with.

I implemented meetings and status trackers in to help the design teams remain on track and working in synergy to meet deliverable deadlines.. Going above and beyond created increase customer satisfaction on the Girl Scouts of Hawaii STEM Center project I spearheaded. As the lead for this pro-bono project I took it upon myself to source the best priced materials and labor. I was able to get tens of thousands of dollars worth of materials donated, hundreds of thousands of dollars in reduced contract costs, and set up several volunteer days to reduce labor costs, due to the Girl Scouts non-proOt status. This was one of the most rewarding projects I worked on. Ask me more about it in our interview. As an BSHA certiOed team member I was part of many innovative job site adaptions to improve safety across our job sites. These innovations were shared with each district to solve safety concerns across the company. I had a commitment to mentoring & coaching the engineers I managed. Through one on one training, guiding career advancement tracks, networking, and personal example.
