I started as an hourly employee in the Charlotte Michigan Plant as a forming operator in May of 1996. 2005 I excepted my first salary postion as a shift shupervisor in Windsor Colorado. I was responsible for the shifts Safety Training Productivity and Staffing. 2009 I was promoted to B-1 FMU Leader in this position I was responsible Line production Line improvments and Quality improvments.

2013 I excepted a postion as Forming Supervisor.

2016 I was promoted to production Manager overseeing all departments in the Windsor plant. I was responible for Safety Quality and Productivity. Roll out of C.I tools visual management staffing and budget control.
