Started my Insurance career with Allstate Insurance Company as an Auto adjuster in 1964. Trained as a Field Property Adjuster and handled storm claims and regular claims in the St Louis area. Was assigned storm claims for Allstate also in the Midwest. Was placed in a Management Rotation position at Allstate where I handed and supervised all line of adjusting. Promoted in 1974 to a management position in Minnesota. Relocated several times around the Midwest. Finished my career at Allstate in 1998 as the Regional Property Claim Manger for eight Midwest States. After retirement I started working catastrophe claims for several Independent Adjusting firms, Handled claims for Pilot and Nixon and Company. Nixon and Company handled most of their client claims in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois. While working for Pilot I handled claims in Florida, Louisiana, Kansas, Texas, New Jersey, New York, Mississippi, and Missouri. I have handled both field claims and inside adjusting claims for both firms. I have handled claims for State farm, Farmers, State Auto, American family, Travelers, Church Mutual, Allstate and several other carriers. At the present time all of my licenses have expired as most recently I have handled claims on line as a desk adjuster.
