Work Experience

Farmshop Marin

I was hired to bartend at one of the busiest and most creative bars in all of Marin County. I helped create the cocktails with the bar manager, batch the cocktails for faster service, advise in making tinctures, shrubs, and syrups. I was also in charge of training bar backs and runners. Opening and closing duties were required as well as money management.

Hook Line & Sinker Frenchtown St Thomas Virgin Islands I became head bartender to spearhead a Bloody

Mary program since the place was known for the infamous drink as well as being the busiest brunch place on Island. I have created many different types of Bloody Mary mixers since my days in the Midwest. Trained FOH staff to become more consistent in making the traditional island cocktails we all love to drink and developing new cocktails with locally sourced ingredients to fit the Island vibe. Spent time before and after shifts working with executive chef to expand my knowledge of prepping and cooking the numerous types of seafood we had at our disposal.

Rick’s Cabaret 315 Bourbon Street New Orleans

I was hired specifically for Super Bowl XXXVI in

New Orleans; January 2002. I ran four bars and a 180 seat theater that were high end, fast paced, and extremely private with many different cocktails formulated specifically for the top end customers frequenting during that period. I trained bartenders and barbacks on how to treat the customers and dancers in a professional environment. Closing duties and financial responsibilities also fell into my wheelhouse.

Other Activities

I have been promoting Bloody Bob’s Bloody Mary mixes around the United States and the Caribbean for the past 3 decades. In 2008 I finally released Bloody Bob’s Spicy & All Natural Bloody Mary mix. In addition to placing Bloody Bob’s in over 150 markets and restaurants throughout the West Coast I owned a catering company that worked pizza oven events at wineries and private homes.
