Responsibility:
HDD drills and road bores; continually monitoring for correct angles, start and end stationing, PSI, gallons per minute of drilling fluid, frack outs, reaming, swabbing, pulling of pipe (pre jeeping, coating and proper equipment spacing and efficiency in lowering in bore pipe)
Pressure testing; continually monitoring of permits, source and fill rate, minimum pipe yield strength, leak detection, maximum target pressure, temperature, elevation of test pipe, data logs, dewatering, sizing plate deformities, drying /pigs and dewpoint.
Final clean up; continually monitoring of all cleanup efforts including, backfill trenches, removing trash and debris from ROW, decompaction of subsoil, topsoil replacement, straw and seeding, fencing, special obligations online list and land owner request.
