I was lead maintenance technician in charge of six technicians and was responsible for expanding six new production lines for the company. This included fabrication of ovens, furnaces, gas trains and conveyers.

Maintenance Manager – Dishaka Gourmet Imports Houston TX Mar 2012 – Apr 2019

I created a maintenance department in a company that has never employed a maintenance technician, they depended solely on contractors or production workers. Down time averaged days or weeks before I came. Now down time is regularly within mins to hours. Production has quintupled, downtime is at an unprecedented low (4%), and we have expanded from two production lines and baggers, to six production lines and eight baggers. My department was responsible for receiving, setting up, and commissioning all new lines alone. We hired licensed electrician, plumbing, and carpentry contractors for city permitted code requirements.

I was sent to numerous companies in the Houston area. I worked on hydraulic presses and water purification systems and also maintained Robotics working on Sankyo, and Adept robots, and controllers. I started my own construction company that demolished damaged sheetrock in residential and commercial properties and hung new sheetrock, taped and floated walls, and textured walls.
