Within two years, I recruited over twenty new officials and ran four sites. As coordinator, I increased enrollment by 30% and changed our google rating from 2.4 to 3.6. As director, the online rating on Google went from 1.9 – 3.6. Revenue increased by 400%. Participation went up by 200%.
