Commodore Offshore Operating - Revenue Accountant

Current position is a revenue accountant responsible for recording, analyzing, and processing oil production revenues, royalties, and related expenses. This includes preparation and collection for oil settlements utilizing sources from internal production records and third-party allocations and aligning to company marketing arrangements. Coordinate with 3rd parties in obtaining revenue pricing, volumes, and payment discrepancies. Also, confirmed and booked overrides for all products (oil, condensate, gas and NGLs). Scheduled and balanced offshore natural gas properties and duties associated with trader’s needs. Other gas accounting duties included transportation invoice approvals, balancing volumes, and reporting gross margin reports to producers.

Accounting duties included natural gas accounts payable and receivable functions, GL duties and month/year end close. HR duties included processing payroll and tax submission for a multi-state company. Natural gas operations functions included scheduling volumes, calculating transportation rates, and reporting margin perimeters to traders.
