Over my career I have seen many changes and have been involved in a large number of the systems at its Operating Companies. I began in IT environment in communications with initial responsibilities for implementing and supporting x.25 Satellite and asynchronous communications. Later projects in Mainframe management for Test systems, and designing the first on-line mainframe-based Problem Log system. I I have served in architectural/design, development and testing functions on most supported Linux/Solaris platforms, and have authored policies and procedures for life cycle development as well as developed systems to support and report on systems and processes. I have worked with data architecture for Very Large Database platforms, and run Concept Projects for BIG Data.

The last few years my skills have centered on architecting and implementingJ2EE Technologies, on, Linux, VMware and physical for pre-production and production in Sales and Marketing. These efforts included implementing systems to provide Application Development, Configuration Management and Change Management. As well responsibility of designing and implementing SAN/VSAN/NFS networks, performance tuning J2EE and Oracle systems, and trouble shooting applications issues at the systems, database and code level which has required DBA, Java, OS and Networking knowledge for those systems. I have implemented source code Infrastructure as well as their policy and procedures.

Recently I functioned as the lead on building development datacenters, migration and tech refresh to enable Virtualization of applications and storage. The Storage fabric is on Dell/EMC products. This included VMAX, Isilon, DataDomain, VNX (NFS). The projects were on time, and on budget that influenced the enterprise model standards moving forward and a base for global efforts in the Enterprise space. Migration will continue through 2013 - 2025.

My strengths center on creative problem solving, personal networking, an ability to think out of the box, and a strong work ethic to deliver solutions. In many cases my value has been in my ability to do forensic trouble shooting on unfamiliar and undefined problems. Solutions lead to assignments to re-architect the existing solutions or contributing to the effort. I performed architectural and systems administration roles, as well as analyst, DBA, and programming roles, in both pre-production and occasionally production. I utilized multiple design and build processes and, in some cases, wrote or assisted in writing them individually or as a team leader. I also function as a member of the Standards and Quality Community.

I look forward to discussing my possible contribution to your organization.
