Heidis helpers is a domestic staffing agency located in Palm Beach County Florida. My clients seek out the agency to help them find individuals that have domestic skills to work in their home. During that process my agency interviews, does background checks, conducts English tests and observes the general nature of a prospective domestic. We then prepare a résumé and email it to our clients which afterwords we set up personal interviews, zoom meeting, and guide, the prospective employee and client into a job offer. I also manage my staff. That entails doing payroll, making sure office paperwork is properly filed, accounts and receivables and interpersonal skill training. I still own the agency however, I moved to Elizabeth Colorado because my daughter is having a baby. My staff in Florida run the agency and I interact very minimally with my clients now.

Skye Blue Farm was a horse boarding facility, animal rescue, sale and training of horses and dogs and afternoon day care of school-age children. I had to manage the farm and make sure there was enough grain and hay and feed for the animals, come up with an afternoon day plan for the students that came to my ranch and monitor them with positive daily activities. I gave riding lessons, prepared meals and snacks for the children and made sure they started their homework.

I owned and operated a court reporting agency. I had several employees. We would go to attorneys offices and take depositions, appeared in court, took down trials at civil and criminal court houses. I scheduled my staff and made sure they were prepared for the jobs they were sent to. I did account receivables, interacted with law firms, advertising and promotion to collect new clients was done on a daily basis.
