Generate and submit standardized annual, monthly, and quarterly reports. Ensures reporting compliance with the Modernizing Government Travel Act and Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and mandated reporting requirements.

Work with accounting personnel on folio reconciliation of the travel records and the folio provided by the hotel where the trainers stayed.

Provide and arrange the most cost-effective travel without comprising the travel purpose with a cheapest contracted air carrier possible.

Prepare and request the LRC approval beyond the threshold limit if ticket found seems to be very expensive.

Provide information on travel issues and passport/visa processing requirements in foreign countries and maintains liaison with the Department of State to secure passports, visas, diplomatic status, and current country information.
