● Develop, test, and deliver changes to interface between an Oracle database and third- party system. Manage deployment to go live on the first January.

● Work with other teams to integrate Sendgrid, Azure, Oracle and Smartcomms to send a letter to a customer when an email has bounced. Managed deployment of solution to production environment.

● Develop, test, and deliver functionality to migrate customer data from legacy Oracle database to new policy management application. Completed ahead of schedule to allow migration to go ahead on the planned date.

● Migrating a customer Oracle application from physical servers to a virtual machine. Responsible for all aspects of the migration including risk mitigation, interfaces, Citrix access, bespoke reporting functionality and IP address changes.

● Working on the customer site in Tehran to evaluate customer requirements for key performance indicators. Identify requirements and provide a reporting solution. Provide guidance for relatively inexperienced report developers.

● Lead a team of four (two developers and two business analysts) to build an interface solution between new Oracle application and legacy systems. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
