I started off by working on the line and basically learning the whole line within three months and they said I worked really hard and wanted to now if I wanted the job of line lead.. I took the job nd I had to mix up the wax then run it through filler and fill up 21 packs at a time for hobby lobby. We can have anywhere from 80 to 111 rows. So that would be 21x111=you would have 1,567 on line running down Line Operator

Being a line lead/Machine Operator you are responsible for you and 15 other people working under you. You don't just stick someone anywhere on the line. You watch them and find the best fit for them, to do the best of their abilities. I'm also responsible for the making of the candle wax.. I start off by making sure the tanks are clean. Then I add my paraphrase, after that I start adding my additives and my different color dyes that go in that mix. Once I have all that mixed I then add my fragrance and micro to make sure it hardened. I sit the machine to fill the clam packs that where running then run in down the line. I started out working on the back of a trash truck. Worked there for a couple of years loading trash into the truck. Finally a spot opened up for a driver in a roll off truck! George my supervisor talked to me and said I would be an excellent candidate for the job. So I studied and done all of my pre-trip inspections. Finally the day came for me to take test and I passed the pre-trip and driving test for my cdl class b license. Additional Information

I have just about 2 years of line operator under my belt.. At first I didn’t think I would like that job but the more I learned and done each day I loved it! I want to find another job like operator at Korona candle or something close to it as possible. All I ask is give me a chance and you want regret it I promise!
