CURRENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures for upcoming projects.

Organize/manage design review meetings and reports during design phases.

Overseeing the preparation of monthly progress reports and minutes of meeting.

Prepare and follow up payments of subcontractors and suppliers.

Review material specifications and shop drawings submitted by subcontractors prior to submitting to the consultant. Monitor the issuance of in-house prepared shop drawings.

Contribute in the preparation of change orders along with their cost and time implications.

Prepare daily detailed construction reports as well as monthly construction progress reports summarizing all major events affecting work progress, quality, and cost.

Prepare all instructions letters and letters to various subcontractors and trade contractors including letters related to non-conforming works, progress, delays, etc….

Perform on-going Quality Assurance activities throughout the project duration including pre construcƟon conference meetings with the subcontractors and trade contractors.

Manage the construction yard, temporary facilities, and on-site labor camps if required.

Confer with supervisory personnel, subcontractors and trade contractors, consultants, and technicians, to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, design changes, and construction problems.

Evaluate and help determine appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost effecƟve plan and schedule for compleƟng the project.

Co-Manages construction staffing needs, resources allocation including manpower, equipment’s, tools and safety equipment needs.
