I am working as a DevOps/System Engineer in Nokia. I provide support for IDC and System related issues and perform installation/configuration/deployment of Ubuntu/Centos/Rocky and Open-Source/Commercial tools. furthermore using my linux experience by supporting the DevOps teams and introduce new tools related to monitoring and automating tasks both on Linux/Windows via ansible/scripts. I am also part of Cyber Security team of China Nokia site where I fix/scan vulnerabilities issues.

Below is my job responsibilites:

* Installation/configuration and troubleshoot/fix issues related to Linux

(Rocky/Ubuntu/Centos/*nix) and Windows.

* Automate infrastructure using ansible playbooks and tasks using bash/python script.

I have been worked as a support engineer/linux administrator in AMFCO International. I deployed different projects on multiple platforms at my AMFCO Era. mainly are Nagios (NMS) to maintain and perform real time monitoring for our local office as well as remote locations. Alerts is generated via send-mail agent In Nagios NMS project, includes the integration of MRTG, Uconf as well as Nagiosgraph and Cacti, as it works on the patterns of switch and router’s MIBs so that we would to able to monitor every process or any activity regarding Local and Remote Networks.I have also developed and programmed the Asterisk Telephony through X-Lite phone via sip-gateway which include the making of dial plan as well. I am also responsible for managing local issues and providing my services as a support engineer. I have an experience on Microsoft Lync, Edge server, Vmware esxi and Exchange 2011.

I have been worked as a Network Operation Engineer in Access Group IDC .my work had to monitor, troubleshoot and manage the networks equipment. my responsibilities were the maintenance of firewalls, planning, design, detection and prevention system and other hardware software based network security appliances, troubleshoot and monitoring of connectivity between remote sites (branches) and their back hauls, which have a link of i-Direct VSAT and Optical Fiber Cable.Monitoring of FUNDAMO South-Africa (Mobile Banking) project. Diagnose problem if occurs at any remote site or in FUNDAMO. Maintaining report of bandwidth usage and availability of remote sites on daily/hourly basis. support / troubleshooting problems. Transferring network to backup link if primary disconnects or malfunctions

Projects:

UAE RedHat Satellite Deployment and Implementation Deployed the RedHat Satellite at Abu-Dhabi (UAE) based site. Contain 5 RHEL servers which are simultaneously connected to RedHat Satellite. The RedHat Satellite was installed behind the proxy server. It provides all the updated packages to client systems. The idea to deployed satellite behind proxy is to provide clients systems up2date packages but no internet connectivity due to security concerns. The mail server automatically generates email alerts regarding errata updates. I am the only entity (technical person) to deployed this project successfully. Active/Passive Failover Oracle DB

Recenlty done another successfully implement and deployment of Cluster Project in Abu-Dhabi site where the Moto of the project is to provide the database services availability to clients without any down time.it is an Oracle 11G R2. Clustering Project in Abu-Dhabi UAE

Done the deployment of Clustering project in Abu- Dhabi. It is an active/passive server and provide failover support to database services. There are 2 nodes in which the heartbeat daemon is running. The purpose of Heartbeat is to provide the Database services available at any time using High-Availability Sentinel Server Dubai and Lahore Project:

Deployed the Nice Sentinel Server in Dubai. The feedback is very good. It provides the overview of your call recording managers as well as system utilization. Alerts are sent vis smtp server.

PATEL Hospital NMS Nagios Project

Deployed the NMS Nagios system to the hospital which are tracking almost 20 Switches and 8 servers. It gives an alerts when any of the process of server or switch got down or critical via sendmail configuration.
