Perform Token Management System (TMS) software Operations Testing and Evaluation (OT&E) at remote testing facilities and in production. Partner with system administrators to troubleshoot and configure browser’s SSL\TLS settings and resolve issues with Outlook configuration, Firefox Card reader drivers and SSL\TLS settings, and printing and connectivity issues in a Windows 10 environment. Support Army Cyber-Security, Identity Management, and Communications Security directorates — cryptographic modernization, key management infrastructure (KMI), common access card (CAC), and public key infrastructure (PKI).
