September 2019 to Present (last practice sold 2002-2019) Evolve Enterprises LLC CEO, Clinician and Consultant. Full Time Private Practice I sold my last practice of 18 years in 2019. I am currently the CEO working full time in my second private practice. I treat patients virtually and in person. I created the vision for the company and defined the overall strategy from launch to scale. I drive strategy and decision-making across all functional areas, including product development, marketing content, operations, and finance. I analyze patient needs, provider workflow, and areas of high clinical value to provide quality care. I drive operations, including full P&L and cash flow management.

As a consulting contractor I provide training and development of culture, people, teams, conflict resolution, recruiting, and managing through positive psychology. In my consulting capacity I created the hiring plan to develop profiles, recruit, retain develop clinical and business development. I determined the highest order KPI’s and built the plan to measure, monitor, budget, and improve them. Develop and cultivate partnerships with leading stakeholders across all departments.

I have worked with for-profit and non-profit (grants) to scale and develop programming. I have experience presenting and communicating with investors and/or Board of Directors (in consultation work. Using positive psychology, I promote adaptive leadership and enable positive morale, adaptive working relationships across all levels. I am the sole proprietor but is currently have 6 supervisees and while certain consulting contracts I have supervised up to 300 employees.
