• Assemble and disassemble caterpillar engine and power train such as C11,C12,C13,C18 for dozer, C27 for wheel loader, C32 for excavator 6015,6020,6030,C27 for D10T, D10T2, 3408 for dozer, 3500 series such as 3508 for 777D, 3512 for 785C, 785D and also C32 for dump truck,777E, 777G,777F.

• Servicing of 3408 and 3412 mechanical fuel pump

• Servicing of all cat engine water pump

• Using caterpillar electronic tools such as SIS and ET to conduct trouble shooting, testing, adjusting and calibrating equipment.

• Testing equipment for proper performance and ensured work meet manufactures specification and conduct safety checks on equipment submitted detailed analytical inspection report on a timely basis and wrote technical reports.

• Carry out failure analysis thoroughly inspect and find out the root cause of failures on all stripped components to prepare comprehensive failure reports

• Assembly all caterpillar engines and power trains in very effective and time efficient manner to meet international caterpillar standards

• 100% adherence to Caterpillar international Liquid Contamination Control (LCC) standards s at goldfields site Tarkwa.

• Team lead in charge of Caterpillar 3512 engines for Cat 785 dumpers at goldfields site Tarkwa

• Engines rebuild specialist and a team leader who always ensure his team deliver ahead of targets and also avoid redo jobs
