I have been in a Managerial position for the last 23 years of the Mining, Engineering and Industrial industries. In my career, I have been very fortunate to have been involved with multidiscipline projects and climbing the ladder and ranks from Artisan level to General Engineering Supervisor, Site Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager and Operations Manager.

Through years of experience and knowledge with multiple running projects with totally different objectives, I have managed to discipline myself to implement different management styles and management systems. This is mainly due to different clients and different countries’ Enterprise Environment Factors (EEF) and, 'Organisational Process Assets' (OPA).

I have the ability to prepare and implement all project management procedures through all knowledge areas of a project as well as the project monitoring and controls procedures and supporting documentation. I have gained ample experience in the development and management of project scope, project schedules, cost Estimates, budgets, set up and implementation of integrated cost, progress management systems, quality management, resource management, procurement management, risk management, and forecasting. I have the ability to successfully communicate to all stakeholders on different levels of the project and to ensure transparency on project deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the project.
