Scope of responsible includes technical support for an organization of 600+ (90 Direct Staff and 567 Students). Device/equipment support base of over 700 Dell Laptops, Desktops, iPads, printers and related peripherals; set-up, diagnose and troubleshoot various device issues to keep them operational. I started as help desk support, answering phone calls and I would remote into client’s machines to fix various issues. Such as email concerns, printer issues, virus removal, machine cleanup and would ever it take to get the job done. After four months I got promoted to remote office specialist and that promotion meant I was now responsible for making sure all the calls were answered and the issues solved within a timely manner. Before I was let go due to downsizing the technology department, the company said they had plans to start getting me in the field.
