JOB DESCRIPTION: QA/QC Engineer
WORK EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
• Ensure the Installations are going on as per the approved Design drawing, Method statement and project specification.
• Clear SOR and NCR with in specified time without delay.
• Inspects and clear CVC’s and defect reports.
• Release MEP clearance for the civil works to commence.
• Issue Architectural/Civil clearance to commence MEP activities.
• Prepare ITP’s, method statements and assist in preparation of Project Quality Plan as per QCS.
• Prepare MAR,MIR,IR and coordinate with Client/Consultant QA/QC Inspector/Engineer.
• Keeps the track of all Documents and Inspection reports
