I joined them to continue in the federal market but soon left to work directly with my former customers after reactivating Douglas Gambrell LLC. HurtVet Subcontracting Park City, UT 8/2016 – 2/2023 Founded in 2009, HurtVet specializes in SDVOSB projects for the VA, DHS, US Navy, Army Corps of Engineers, and other federal agencies. As chief estimator, project manager, and General Manager, I was responsible for strategic federal bid activity, project and account management, and business development through key partnerships with leading national firms such as: Siemens, Johnson Controls, and numerous Fortune 500 companies.
