Project- Working as a Sr. Scrum Master/Agile PM in a Ancillary/Supplimentary Medical insurance startup and helping build 2 products from Scratch by the names of GPS and GSF. The Plan for this client is to provide products and a payment management platform for the Medical insurance brokers to Project/Mkt. their products & Sponsor companies/ Clients to order and use these products. Day to day job is to work with the Product Managers/ SME's, Backend Infra., Multiple vendors, QA Managers, Data Engineers, product Directors and Client Leadership to help create user stories which can be developed by the Dev teams in various iterations . Started with the first Prototype and current phase building the first MVP. This will be followed by multiple releases of various product features.

Reported directly to the 2 separate application Directors. Main project was migration of Broadridge Clients from On Premises to AWS cloud. Project- Working as an E2E Program Manager in the New Accounts Risk On boarding (NARO) division in Amex, where I am responsible for the Product and project delivery for the 2 high profile trains in the Risk department. Report directly to 4 separate Tech Directors in the Risk division and responsible for E2E delivery of new cards products in various markets, right from the Discovery and all the way to the Market Launch. Also work as a Scrum Master (Agile Champion) for the test support team which supports the whole department of 8 scrum teams.

Project- Worked as a SAFe Scrum Master /Agile PM for the UI/UX POD in one of the most high profile projects in Amex by the name of NEMO (Network modernization). The budgeted allocation for this 2+ year project was $400 million, and goal was to modernize the Amex Card payment network which was never modernized since Amex was formed.

Role involved leading & mentoring 2 scrum teams in onshore and offshore involved with UI related product development. Facilitate all scrum ceremonies and lead in the continuous improvement. Protect the team from over-commitment, Manage backlog, Prioritize resolution of defects. Work with PO/PM to ensure all stories have clear acceptance criteria and dependencies tagged.

Lead all release activities, infra & technical engagements etc. Report to 2 separate directors on the project progress and have bi-weekly metrics reporting to the VP's of various Servicing groups.

Project-2 - For 15+ months worked as a Sr. Scrum Master in the EMX team under treasury services group & managed a major Software development program involving migration of all Bank back-end applications to the home grown application development platform

called EMX.

Facilitated all scrum ceremonies & acted as a Scrum coach for some departments. Reported directly to the Application Manager EMX. Owned major project deliverable s from end to end. Guided/supervised an extended team of developers, Architects, Engineers, QA Testers, Infrastructure group & Production support to ensure all project deliverable s were fulfilled in timely manner.

Prepared metric Reports / Presentations on the project progress & Team capacity to the Application Manager on weekly basis. Monthly Demo sessions are made to the 2 directors & CIO.

Project-1 - For 6 months worked as an Sr. Scrum master / Agile PM in the treasury services group & led the Implementation of a latest SWIFT Messaging Application called AMH across BNYM according to the Bank Standards. This project was a brain child of the CEO who wanted to replace the Older FNI application platform with AMH.

Overall budget for the whole project was 20 Million+ with very aggressive deadlines. Managed 6 different work streams like Infrastructure delivery, Training/Business Ops., Testing/QA, Monitoring, Security & Vendor Management in agile mode. Sr. Scrum Master / Technical-Infra Project Manager / Obstacle removal POC, Nov 2011 to Dec 2016

Project 4 :- For 10+ Months worked as Scrum Master in the Big Data & Innovation team under the Amex Mobile group. Led a successful initiative by the name of C3PO where Amex Digital & Personalization teams worked together to create a Hyper- personalized, Cross-Domain decision system, supporting both Push & Pull customer Interaction across appropriate channels & providing standardized Real-time data to Business groups so that they could take informed business decisions.

Facilitated Scrum ceremonies (Grooming, sprint-planning, Retrospective, Daily-stand ups etc). Tracked / communicated team velocity & sprint/Release progress to multiple stakeholders.

Managed the design & build of a In-house Big Data Mapr Cluster for the Innovations team. The cluster is utilized by Amex mobile team to benchmark their latest development efforts in various phases.

Project 3:- For 14 months worked as a Technical PM & Scrum Master in the IMDP group where I managed a very critical & successful migration of SAS 9.4 from Solaris to Linux platform as Solaris was in the dis-invest phase at Amex.

This was a complex migration as Solaris & Linux are different Operating systems with majorly different command sets. The user base affected by this migration was close to 4800+ as many SAS users also used other platforms like Mainframes, Middle-ware, Sybase, Teradata, Big-Data etc. Endless hours of coordination were required to make sure there is no business impact.

Defined Processes & tools best suited to each phase of migration. Created many process documents which are still being used across teams in IMDP. Made monthly presentations on Project progress to the VP with 2 Directors. Now SAS runs completely on Linux resulting in compliance & annual savings on License costs.

Project 2:- For 8 Months under IMDP group worked as a Technical PM & managed a highly visible project of collaboration of different versions of SAS namely 8.7, 9.2, 9.3 to version 9.4 and making sure a customer base of 2800+ customers are communicated of this change in monthly cycles called Move Groups and working with Engineering and Operations to make sure each and every user's access is removed from older version of SAS to use latest SAS version with Zero Data loss, resulting in the savings of 1.5 million annually in SAS license costs plus there were major savings on Physical hardware as older non-compliant hardware was decommissioned.

Project 1:- For 1 year worked as a hands on Technical PM in the TIMS group & managed a large-scale initiative that involved Migration/transition of mission critical applications & servers across data centers as a part of Amex program called DC2015 migration where close to 800+ application were migrated from Phoenix Datacenter(IPC1) to North-Carolina Datacenter (IPC2).

This involved all the aspects of a massive migration effort like preparation of project plans for a batch of applications called move groups, large-scale Coordination between Technical teams & application owners, Preparation of Visio Diagrams & charts (POD and POA), Change Management & Communication to the customer community to make sure that migration is seamless with integration s that were transparent to customers accomplished with no unscheduled downtime and delivered on target dates.

Was responsible for Status reporting, guiding the engineering & Operations teams, planning, execution of efforts to Re-engineer and automate processes.
