Managed and closed $27+ Million in homes in Stonoview (Johns Island) and Riverside at Carolina Park (Mt. Pleasant), the most prestigious community being built by Lennar in the 23 states that they operate in.
Impact: Provided exceptional customer experience for a sophisticated clientele and delivered completed homes, without exceptions, on target and in a timely manner.
Identified issues in construction process with negative affect on schedule to provide solutions to trade partners that carried forward into a more efficient build and tighter timeline. Utilized scheduling software to manage and communicate schedule to trade partners in a Level Scheduling scenario to improve efficiency of construction process. Closed $750K to $1.3 M homes in 8 months of hub up. Improved process of getting public utilities to dig in and connect meters in a more timely manner improving performance of construction schedule and protecting the asset.
CJ’S FLOOR AND TILE, LLC 2019-2022

Launched this company to provide finished products in tile and hardwood floor to high end clients in the Charleston area.
Impact: Provided exceptional customer experiences for builders and clients alike.
Responsible for management of materials and personnel on two hardwood floor crews as well as three tile crews (15 people) as well as performing client relations duties and sales responsibilities. In addition, I also fulfilled accounts payable and receivable as well as the many tasks of running a business.
SUNRAY FLOORING, North Charleston, SC 2017-2019
Operations/Sales Manager
Joined this group as a hardwood floor specialist and soon became as proficient in tile. Responsibilities included running multiple projects simultaneously in both tile and wood flooring.
Impact: Used experience to help develop an organizational process supporting internal and external functions of the company. Also, incorporated vendors to train all crew members and clients on products and application techniques.
Duties include, but not limited to, Sales, Project Management, training, inventory, material selection and ordering, scheduling, and performing walk through at project completion. I instituted a system of palatizing materials specific to each job to limit the amount of time crews spent gathering materials, and inevitably forgetting components, and getting them to the jobsite in a more timely manner.

Managed 2-6 person crew working on various welding projects from marine and farm equipment to a complete rebuild of a 44’ steel sailboat..
Impact: Displayed proficiency with the complexities of welding and fabrication. Crafted solutions to challenging repair issues, submitted design drawings and performed high standard welding repairs.
Responsible for crew and jobsite safety management, supply and material ordering and delivery to project, weld integrity testing, and welding (MIG, TIG and stick).
