Electro - Mechanical Quality Tech II Jamco American Inc. – Everett, WA Aug 2022 – Sep 2023

•Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.

•Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and test products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical characteristics.

•Documents finish product status by recording and summarizing raw materials, in-process, and finished-product inspection and physical test data, updates quality database.

•Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.

•Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, scales, micrometer, height gauges, and flat surfaces.

•Follow electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and work instructions to assemble and test cable harnesses, mechanical, electronic.

•Setup, adjust, adapt, operate and interpret results from standard and special purpose test equipment.

•Perform functional, qualification, and acceptance tests,

•Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.
