Working in National Water Works Company as a RO Plant Operator from May 2019 to till

date in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Supervise every hour as per schedule check the Inlet & Outlet pressure of Sand filter,

Cartridge Filter & RO membrane.

Check Through Scada Operation the trends if fault occur,Alarm handling,event

management & supervised Plant behavior & check the flow meter & check the action

of control of HMI.

Supervised as per schedule the chemical dosing through recirculation pumps &

responsible for backwash of PSF.

Knowledge of Distillation, Desalination and condensation

Always follow our senior’s instruction such as process Engineer and Supervisor.

Always do any work with full safety & PPE & operate with standard operating

procedure. Knowledge of eye wash unit in case acid or alkali fall on body or eye.

Supervised with Chemist to take a sample from sample point valve, Pump station,

Plant Inlet and outlet send to our laboratory,

Check Acid and Alkali level to control PH as instructed by Process Engineer and

having a breif knowledge using Ultrameter to check TDS, PH ORP and Conductivity

and Water analysis.

Check the pump and find air in pump release the air from air release point before

starting, check pump vibration movement with vibration meter Drive end & non drive

end.knowledge of lock out and tag out system during maintenance.

Responsible for Flushing of RO membrane as per schedule and check Flusing tanks

level.

Knowledge of Start up and Shut down of Deep well and Plant through Standard

operating procedures.Check the temperature of pumps and fluids through infra-red

laser temperature gun.

Monitoring overall plant performance for any abnormalities in process and process

parameters inform to Supervisor and Engineer.

Inspection and operation of all mechanical equipment such as centrifugal pumps,High

pressure pumps,Air compressor,PSF,Diffuser,Blower and Diesel generator.

Responsible for the overall safe handling of the machineries control involved.

Utilizing SCADA system to monitor all the treatment operation and sensitive pumping

stations monitoring

Safe handling of chemicals related to treatment process (Post and Pre Chlorination).

Responsible to maintain operate and control independent plant and also maintain

PH,TDS, TSS, CL2, DO, Conductivity & ORP in water.

Responsible for filling Chlorine tank and Storage tank

Housekeeping and Documentation.check total inlet & outlet incoming.

I have knowledge about types of pumps like positive displacement pump,reciprocating

pump,submersible pump,actuated valve,centrifugal pump etc.I have knowledge about

cavitations of pump,vessels,valves like butterfly valve,gate valve,Non return

valve,ball valve,motorized gate valve etc

Responsible to reject brine solution to the safe barricaded area such as Evaporation

pond.

safe, manipulate safe work performance & correct the unsafe condition &
